Danaé Mâche, Founder

Passionate, demanding, caring, pragmatic, dynamic and curious about everything and everyone. My commitment is to create a safe and energising space for those I coach, enabling them to step back, challenge themselves, untangle complex situations, find insights and identify strategic and/or operational solutions.

After studying German and anthropology, I began my career as a public relations manager in the art world in Japan and as a communications manager in the pharmaceutical industry in France. I then worked with NGOs in Thailand and Guatemala before becoming a trainer and coach 15 years ago when I moved to Melbourne, Australia.

Currently based in Paris, I have worked with individuals and teams (coaching, team support and training) in Australia, Switzerland, Germany, Spain, Greece, Egypt, China, Poland, Ukraine, Brazil, the UK and the USA, among others.

I coach my clients in French and English, but I also speak German, Spanish and Greek.

The Team

The Equilibre agency is made up of a network of consultants, trainers, coaches and specialists who share the same philosophy and work in synergy to offer tailor-made solutions to our customers’ needs.

Our consultants come from a wide range of backgrounds and sectors: HR managers from large international groups, Sales Directors experienced in complex negotiations, Marketing specialists in the medical and pharmaceutical sectors, Start-up managers… We all share non-negotiable characteristics:

  • Business experience (a sine qua non for understanding the people we work with)
  • An understanding of the international dimension and the ability to lead and coach in French and English.
  • Specific and legitimate expertise (solid certifications and validated experience).
  • The ability to take a step back and continually improve their practice through training and professional supervision.
